i haven't posted in.... maybe a year or more?? busy busy busy. i'm not sure if this is TOTALLY following the rules, so if not, feel free to delete this post.
i have reconstructed a few things in the past year or so. behind the cut you can see pictures of them, as well as a ton of shirts from throughout my entire sewing history, starting back in high school! ew. i'm moving to nicaragua in about a month, and moving somewhere else when i get back to milwaukee, so i have to get rid of a TON of stuff. sooooo... i have to sell some of my shirts :[
but maybe that is good news for you! :-D
this is the first time i've ever sold any of my stuff, ever. the stuff i made within the first 2-3 years of reconstructing was ALL sewn by hand, so the stitching is ugly, weird, not strong enough in some spots, the whole piece is sketchy in general, etc. even the stuff i make now is still not "sellable" quality in my mind. i leave lots of raw edges, when stuff rips i just wear it anyway, etc. my clothes are sketchy! but i like them that way. if you're into this, this is for you! if not, i thought maybe people might want to get some as inspiration, to help beginners see how it is pieced to together, to use as a pattern of sorts, to rip apart and make something else out of... who knows!
so, for this reason, i'm selling everything for $5 each. $2 shipping. yep, only $7. i hate to part with everything, but i don't wear them at all, and someone else might benefit from having them?

Hi! So, I've been wondering how other Lolitas incorporate lolita into their daily life? Since not many lolitas can wear Lolita daily, do you have little ways to incorporate Lolita into your life?
Do you have cute little bag charms that declare your Lolita spirit?
Or do you wear Lolita jewelry?
For me, I wear my Lolita blouses for concerts and any other school related event. And since I obviously can't wear Lolita to marching band, I wear stockings and socks that declare my love for Lolita. :D So even when I'm running around a football field, I'll feel pretty!
So, EGL, what do you do?

I went thrifting last weekend with my MIL and SIL, this past Thursday I went with my friend  pinksugarichigo, and then again on Friday with my Mom & niece Makaylah. I am addicted when it comes to hunting for cute clothes and other stuff. I'm always a sucker for simple t-shirts just to wear with jeans and purses (not saying I don't like anything else, LOL!!!). I bought a lovely dress and black elastic waist belt which I didn't get around to taking a photo of it yet as I let my Mom borrow it. She thought it was cute and wanted to wear it to a dance last night. Unfortunately, it was super cold so she ended up wearing dress slacks instead.

Hi girls,
I searched but it doesn't seem this question has been asked before, if it was, feel free to kill me and delete this post.
How is it with the GLB extra issues? I own no. 1 and 2 and I bought them quite a long time after they had been released, so I was wondering - are these released periodically (meaning: are there plans to release more of these in the future and if yes, when)? Or were those two just solitary releases?

Has anyone else been waiting a really long wait time for ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) mashimaro_girl? I ordered their Mary Magdalene underbust jsk replica on the 23rd of September, and I still haven't received my dress. They have been pretty good about giving me the same "our manufacturer is taking a little longer than anticipated" story each time I e-mail them, so communication is fine.
Now, I'm fully aware that when I first ordered, they said I'd have a 30 day wait. But it should have at least come by the end of November, even with delays.
Is anyone else was having the same issues? Has anyone had this trouble with them in the past? I've heard nothing but glowing reviews about them, so I'm not sure if it's just this item or if it's other things from them as well.

I have been thinking lately about if wings would do good in the Lollita fashion. I mean, black wings for Gothic and white/pink wings for Sweet. It would look good but the thing is, I'm not sure if it follows the rules of Lollita.
